NOT HAPPY AT ALL
I had an unpleasant experience dealing with the Naked Insurance . A TV worth R9700 has been destroyed, and they have offered to replace it with a less expensive television. Not only that, but I was given a voucher minus the excess, which would have left me with R1800 to buy a television. I am not pleased with how this was handled and strongly encourage everyone to steer clear of Naked Insurance.

After a thorough assessment of your claim, it was established that you were offered a replacement device within your stipulated replacement value, less your excess amount. As per our policy wording, the amount of a claim will never be more than the value which you insured it for.
