Not happy
I had an incident on the 5th of august and my vehicle was towed in and I submitted my claim and all the documents that were requested. Since then I have only been informed the validator has been appointed, It has been 5 days already and I'm still waiting to be contacted.
makes me wonder if it takes so long to get someone to have a look at my vehicle how long is it going to take to get the process going for the repairs?
