Not happy

I’m really not happy with Naked Insurance. Our vehicle was broken into and they attempted to ***** the vehicle. It was towed away to their yard as the ignition was totally damaged, Air vents, clips on the canopy window and a dent in the front drivers door on the lower part of the door. When I sent in my claim, I mentioned the door as well that was damaged. Firstly they didn’t want to pay for the clips on the canopy window to be repaired when the clips were there and that was how they gained entrance. They then messed up the air vents looking for whatever they were looking for and the ignition. They climbed out the front door to leave and obviously hit the door against the car net to it and damaged the door. Now they don’t want to pay for the door after our panel beat has even had arguments with them. I have asked them yesterday what is going on and still no reply on this. Surely it doesn’t take so long. Quick to take our money each month but don’t want to pay for damages when they happen.
