Not even a week and I canceled
Be very cautious, insured for way below market value by naked , no customer care service at all. Poor attitude from Jermaine Naicker. Not even insured for a week and already canceled

20 Feb 2023, 12:06Hi Eugene, we apologise for the frustration. At Naked, your vehicle is covered for its retail value at the time of an incident. This value is taken directly from Transunion, which is the national database that provides us with the corresponding retail value of every vehicle covered with us. Due to this, there is no way that we can adjust the insured value.
