Not as realiable as the claim

My house got ****** in February and all my electronics were ****** and when I made a claim, I was asked a million questions and told to sign forms from Telkom even after I blacklisted the phone, sadly I couldn't for my laptop, now it going on two months without anything and I feel like I'm being investigated for my house getting ******, I can work and I had to buy a Mobi cell which doesn't function properly & share a laptop with my son, please they should tell if my claim will be approve or I should move and buy a new phone and laptop cause this is frustrating and I have always thought naked to be a good insurer but now, I'm doubting, 2 months? I even have a case open and the police are investigating the break in as my neighbourhood had 5 break ins that night.

Is been two months and still no word on whats happening with my claim, i feel as if this is a way of you not wanting to pay out, cause now its evident that you were lying in your ads on how you make like simple with naked and as a client, im the one left naked
