Nonsense of an insurer

Experience was way below expectation, even the 1 star is generous. You don’t get informed of any policies when you take up the insurance but only when you claim. I was told the phone value on the app is not the actual value but the access on the app is correct (how ironic), debit order amount doesnt even match their predefined value, I wouldnt recommend this insurance to anyone even if it was R0,01 a month. Nonsense of an insurance. This insurer is only good at collecting and not fulfilling their intended purpose, the value of the phone is only right when they need to collect but when you claim, the phone value will suddenly decrease, **** insurance
