Non Responsive bless Causing Unnecessary Delay on Repair

Can someone please tell me what’s the hold on authorization of my claim when I have already been notified 6 days ago that my claim has been authorized and the panel beater has started the work? I have called the panel beater yesterday and they said they are waiting for authorization. I sent an email at least about 3 emails to date and no one has gotten back to me from naked and i do not even know the contact number to call. I was told the car repair would take 8 days if all goes smoothly but the panel beater has had the car for 6 days today and still haven’t received authorization to proceed with the repair while I been notified that the repair has already started. Can someone please tell me what’s going on
