non Comprehendo Naked Insurance

Easy to join and then the problems starts. You keep on sending photos of the product insured and they keep on asking. Never ending The App is not working most of the time, so making downloading the photos even more difficult. People suppose to assist , have comprehension problems and you have to explain everything separately in different e mails before they will understand. I cancelled the policy just to get stonewalled by the same diligent non comprehension. App not working again and trying to explain that the app is not working was a full-time job. Where do they get these *********** people from? I will not recommend Naked to my worst enemy.
