No wheels for naked

The wheels at naked are clearly coming off. Gone are the days of fast service and regular communication. Staff definitely not helpfull and you need to escalate everything to a team manager. They use slow panel beaters whose phone does not work. I waited a month before my car was sent in for repairs. Then I got to the panelbeaters, and they didn't have the parts, and I had to drive back home with 2 cars, which cost me R700 in fuel because we live on a farm far away. The panelbeaters also way over quoted and want to replace and respray both my bakkies back side panels and tailgate while it was clearly not damaged (only bumper). On top of all this Naked is making me pay R3000 excess for a accident which is not my fault (someone drove Into the back of my still standing bakkie). They have all photos and culprits drivers license, number and email. They did not even follow up with culprits insurance. The name Naked insurance suites them perfectly now, they are naked in service and naked in helping you out.
