No way to contact roadside assistance - left stranded.
I have been trying to contact Naked Insurance for over 24hrs for roadside assistance. All numbers don't go through (i.e. the ones provided on the app). I had to use an E-hailing service to assist me on the roadside. So much for paying for insurance when you need them the most. Definitely changing insurers. I tried contacting them from 5pm, it's now 7:30am the next day and still no way to contact them.
