Can someone please assist. I did send a cancellation letter. Per email and asked if someone can assist me. I would like to cancelled my insurance for the 30 April 2025. 1. I only what to to be cancelled the last 30 April 2025. 2. If I wanted to do it on the app I would have not send a cancellation letter!! You app does not give a space for a dates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3. You can cancel your covers directly from our app. Your cover will be cancelled immediately and you will be refunded the rest of the month's premium. All you need to do is: Step 1 - Click on your asset card. Step 2 - Scroll towards the bottom and click "Cancel my cover". Please refer to the screenshots below as an example:
