No refund
I recently canceled my insurance with Naked insurance and they advised that I would get a refund of my premiums after 7 working days. It's been 9 days and I haven't received anything. When doing a follow up I was advised that the refund was done into a nedbank account and I have never had a nedbank account. Getting the runaround from different agents everyday. Worst insurance company ever😡ðŸ˜

We checked with our team and they confirmed that Elizabeth just sent you an email to clarify the situation and to confirm that the same card that was debited by our system, was also refunded. Naked's payment system is automated, and so it refunds the same account that the client has loaded onto the app and there is no way for us to change the account. The refund into your account was successful. Thanks!

09 Dec 2021, 10:42It has been 9 days and the refund has not yet come through. So o don't believe that it was done into the correct account. It should have reflected in my account by now
