No option to download a quote

I cant download my Quotes. I want to see the terms and conditions. Clearly I cant make a well informed decision. Whats the use of being able to download the policy wording but not the schedule. Are not suppose to supply me with a written quote according to law so that I can review the term of cover like possible the need of a tracking device or doing a inspection or even see if there is an additional excess in certain claim events????
