5 Stars just for how easy and simple the app is to use. Adding and removing items, adjusting cover, requesting information, bank letters etc. is just a breeze. I haven't claimed yet, but amazed by how efficient the app is.

Support on queries is also attended to and was resolved fast. I've been with allot of insurers over the years and service thus far from Naked has been the best I've experienced.
