No fuss claim process
Fantastic claims process. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. No loooong calls with an operator. Logged a claim on a Saturday afternoon. No mess no fuss, and it was approved by the Monday and contractors sorted windscreen next day. Seamless. I was also notified via email of the progress and also received a follow up message to ensure I was happy with the work which was done. Definitely recommend Naked Insurance!
