No claim feedback for a whole month

Joining is easy but so difficult to claim. I have to call every day. I get put on hold. My claim was lodged on 11 Dec 2022. Up until today, 18 January 2023, no claim or feedback has been given. I’m sitting without a car and I have left numerous emails. Honestly regret joining Naked. To think I have 3 cars insured with them.
