No assistance and no reply or feedback

I have reported a claim 2 months ago. Zero feedback and no assistance for 2 months now and going on 3 months I am without a car and zero info about my claim. Every two weeks they ask for documents and tell me investigations and all. But I have been paying for almost 3 years and when I need service and help I GET NOTHING!!!
