Nightmare type of service
In September 2023, I reported my tv having a partial purple screen on one side and showing normal colour on the other. A technician was called and they concluded that the tv's damage is normal wear and tear as LED backlights tend to fail over a period of time. I have asked for a review of the outcome, however it feels like Naked is doing me a favour with their consultant not looking at the contents of my mail but rather responding in a "robotic' response manner. It doesn't look like they are prepared to look at my case as I was promised that the technician will advise how many backlights failed and the cost thereof.

- You take your time to resolve my query with little empathy
- Your initial e-mails failed to notify me accordingly who would be the service provider
- You promised to advise the number of backlights failed and the cost thereof which you have failed to do
- The service provide report provided is from Fritz Eletric and not from Hitek who took my tv
- You blatantly **** to your service provider that I said the TV needs to be returned today which I have not said or confirmed such.
This is pure ignorance and incompetence.
