Hi, I would like to express my thanks to Jacob for all his assistance while trying to sort my profile out on the Naked App, he talked me through the process and gave me a short version of what I will be covered against. When the phone call was lost he phoned me back to complete my setup. He was friendly, kind, courteous, and patient with me. Being a senior citizen you are not clued up with technology. Well done Naked Jacob is a 🌟 which you don't find often in companies in South Africa anymore, it is refreshing to deal with people that care,not just there to sell a product to you.
