New app

I am enjoying Naked Insurance and the ease of access to its services tremendously! My problem is that the new version of the app will not work on my phone as my phone is a bit older. Why can a client not log into their account via a PC? That would make sense to me, if my insured phone gets ****** how will I access my account to to make a claim? Please add access to customer accounts via PC.
