NEVER do business with Naked insurance
The most ************* company ever. NEVER give them your card number. The moment you change anything on your policy, they immediately deduct any random amount of your card. Once you call them, they say it is the "system" that does this. When you try and speak to a manager, you can't and they will also not give you their contact number, as they are all working remotely. There is nothing done remotely when they take money off your card, but once you need them to sort it out, then all of a sudden you cannot speak to anyone. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

13 Aug 2020, 11:56Hi there Susan, apologies for the frustrations! Our team has confirmed that you had two policies meant to start towards the end of August, of which you cancelled one. The system then charged you for the remaining policy for the remaining days in August for which you will be covered. They have tried to get hold of you to explain how our invoicing works, but please feel free to contact us if you have more questions. Thank you!

13 Aug 2020, 12:25What you do not explain that is that you cannot cancel BOTH products at the same time. So whatever you do, you will be charged for a service you NEVER RECEIVED. I suggest you look at your systems and make sure UPFRONT that your clients know that they will be charged for services they did not receive. Perhaps they will then clearly understand your processes, but I find the excuse that the ' SYSTEM" works that way unacceptable. A system is built by a human and these things are built into the system. I know deem this matter closed and will not entertain any further correspondence in this matter.
