Nakid Insurance lack of service

Had a bumper bashing on 13 January 2023. Vehicle was towed by Nakid insurance approved tow-truck. Its now 31 March 2023, and the vehicle has stil not been repaired. Delays are noted as no parts available, yet Nakid refuses to write of the car. They also refuse to extend the car rental agreement I have with them.

Now I sit without a car for almost 3 months, still paying premiums. Their communication is pathetically slow, taking 3 days to reply to emails where they keep giving new ETA on repairs every time.

Will not recommend them to anyone as they are a shady, dishonest and *********** insurance provider.

I've logged a complaint with Ombudsman and awaiting feedback.
