I was the unfortunate victim of a pothole earlier this year resulting in two tyres and suspension damage.

While my experience with the initial service provider who conducted the repairs was not great, Naked made sure that the car was fixed properly and sent the car to a second repair centre and covered all costs.

I did not expect this level of professionalism and dedication to good service. Really impressed.

Car is now sorted and all is well.
