Naked was very helpful when it came time to claim after I was involved in a hit and run. Khavaand, who assisted me, was very polite and extremely accommodating. There was a bit of a confusion on Naked's side about whether I could replace my tyre and get reinbursed while waiting for the car to go in for repairs. They could not give me a straight answer and kept me hanging for about a week, which was a bit of a frustration, hence the 4 stars and not 5. Overall, would definitely recommend Naked
