Naked Truth!! Watch out!!

Truly disappointed with Naked. Been with them for almost 2 years. So here is the story...I receive an email stating that my premiums will be going up. A whopping 18% increase! Oh and in addition to this I venture on to the app and see that my excess amounts have been increased literally from R5000 to R 6500 a month. Who authorised this? And on top of this my home insurance cover was automatically increased by 17%. My property value certainly has not increased by this much. Read the headlines! Naked you certainly know how to break client trust. Shameless way to just increase amounts literally behind my back.
