Naked: The worst most *********** insurance company

The worst most *********** insurance company I have dealt with.

I claimed for vehicle damage. During the vehicle repairs, I was told that extras had to be claimed for. After investigation, I found out that it took Naked about a week to approve the extras which caused a huge delay in my vehicle repairs. It took a total of 3.5 weeks (18 working days) for my vehicle to be repaired where the initial repair would have taken 10 working days. I logged a complaint with Naked to get feedback on what went wrong and who is accountable for the delay. They promise me they will investigate and get back to me. To this day I have not heard from them. I called several times to try and get feedback. They always promise they will get back to me but never does. I cannot wait to move to another insurance company and get as far away from them as possible.

Naked's prices are really good. But I would rather pay double than deal with their bad service ever again.
