Naked the worst experience so far

I submitted a motor vehicle claim on 9 June 2023. Logged on the APP with all that was required. Two weeks later after following up I was told that they waiting for SMD to submit photos but can't coz their system aren't working. On 28 June 2023 naked got photos. It's now 28 July 2023 and I'm yet to get an answer on whether they going to payout. They just don't stick to timeliness and makes empty promises. All they update you on is that they waiting for third parties and external parties to validate the claim. I'm regretting moving insurance companies. Very disappointed that they don't have the customers best interest in mind.
