Naked team needs Energisers for Performance

I decided to go from 2 🌟 rating to 1 🌟 rating. Unfortunately yes this nature accident happened in December just before all businesses closed for festival season. But now it's already a month past in the new year and still waiting for outcome on the claim handled by Katelyn.

Received correspondence last week Tuesday morning they received the report from their service providers. They will work through it and come back with outcome.

Today the fifth working day since report received and still waiting for update/outcome/feedback.

I have to send correspondence to receive feedback regarding the procedure of claim. This will be the worst claim ever.

Send out the message "hit ignore" is how it currently feels regarding this claim. SARS beats Naked regarding time. That's how slow Naked handle this claim.
