Naked sending a Private Investigator for my claim.

I had a vehicle accident on the 26th of June in my residential area. I made an insurance claim via Naked. They informed me that there was an Assessor that would contact me regarding my vehicle. I managed to get in contact with the "Assessor" via the phone and he scheduled an in-person meeting. I met the guy in person, he started interrogating me about my timelines and bank statements, he went on my phone and checked my Google locations for the day the accident happened. He further requested logging information about my workplace and video footage. I lost my cool and told this guy this has nothing to do with my work. He just contacted me requesting to see where the accident happened. This is not an Assessor, he is a Private Investigator with the guise of an Assessor or a Claim Validator. I am highly disappointed in this company that has a lot of potential to grow. This is my first claim after driving since 2009, I find this experience as the worst thing ever and very painful. I want Naked to return my vehicle and cancel my policy. In essence, I would save money as the damage to the vehicle is not that significant.
