Naked redeemed themselves.

I recently wrote a review on my experience with my first claim through Naked, which initially I rated 1 star. Although my initial experience was met with various frustrations and inconsistency's, I feel Naked have redeemed themselves to a 4 star rating. I am not going go into all the details again, but the response from Naked since my review has left me some what filled with hope and appreciation. Now.. my claim was not fully covered for various reasons; some I feel needs some attention from Naked based on the Service provider they assigned to me. However, the claim was handled with empathy and understanding from Lekita...which I am thankful for. Lekita is an absolute gem, and she needs to be mentioned as the one who managed unknowingly to change my mind. So thank you again, Lekita. Why only a 4 Star you may ask? Difference of opinions on why my claim was partially approved, and policy and procedures need to be displayed with the claim and not after the fact. But well done Naked! If more local companies had your attitude towards its customers we would all be living in bliss.
