Naked People Have Their Claims Rejected

If you are doing a bit of research before settling on a company to insure your phone with(i can't tell you much about their car insurance but I'd assume it's just as dismal-run), naked is the worse company you could go with.

They will send you from pillar to post wanting the most nonsensical document for a phone claim, they'll ask you for your car tracker report, they'll ask to access your browser and see your login details. Oh and theyll want other phone invoice that you purchased years ago thats not related to your current claim, with the hopes that you wont provide anyone of the documents so they can reject your claim.

They will ask you to wait weeks for your phone despite having paid your premiums and doing everything right. It will be under review for weeks, the complaint department will be equally as useless.
