Naked not what they say and imply
I have an item insured and wanted to add another item.They refused to cover the item might be because i claimed once for a repair only not even a replacement.Selective cover if you ask me

This algorithm then determines the level of risk and whether we are able to provide cover for your item. If the algorithm determines that the risk associated with this item is too high we, unfortunately, cannot cover it.
