Thank you Joe for all off your assistance, effort during our claim. Thanks for following up with the assessor and always keeping us updated on the progress.

I know I may have been hard at some times during the claim process then I read some of the negative reviews on Hello Peter most of it "TIME TO FINALISE CLAIM".

Every one of us forget it was festive season and most of the Contractors were closed that made it difficult to finalise a claim.

Second issue is not from Naked team but rather the "ASSESSORS" being appointed, but then again we should be fair by how many reports they have to finalise for the hail damage happened December 2025. And for people staying in Wonderboom hail storm were twice the 1st and the 10th of December 2025.

Now we are back to reality will see if Naked will still keep me smiling with the finalise of our claim C*** still pending due to "ASSESSOR REPORT".
