Naked joy

Thank you Naked, being pickpocket was a very low-point but the way my claim was handled could't have been better. Exactly a week after losing my phone I had a new one in my hand. It would've bee even faster if there wasn't any admin delays on my side. A special shout out to Anele Makongolo, my claims handler. She was extremlly helpful.
