Naked is the insurance you can definitely trust

Naked is a really good insurance and I would definitely recommend it.

I had two insurance claims with Naked in a space of about a month and they followed through on their side, took a bit longer than anticipated but I also understood they were doing their due diligence.

First claim was for my broken phone, process was smooth and easy, online, fast, they collected my phone and done an evaluation and processed my claim quick with no issues. I had a replacement device in no time. I was assisted by "Mthokozisi Dube", thank you to him for the smooth, hassle free and fast processing of my claim.

Second claim was for theft on the new replacement device and for my car window. Process took longer than anticipated but I would like to thank and appreciate "Lunga Dittrich", his awesome, I appreciate his efforts to consistently communicate everything properly and clearly and explaining everything, and taking accountability, and his kindness and respect and humility.

I think there are areas of improvement for Naked that you could work on as an organization and that for me would be: Working on your turnaround times - Currently takes a bit long depending on claim Increase frequency on responses to mails
