Naked is the best service I have had from an insurance company.

I have been with Naked for a few years now and have done a few claims: car damage over R20k, Towing, and a cellphone replacement over R20k, that was the full insured amount, non of this but the value of the phone is now only.... and have not been punished by increasing my monthly premium. And to my greatest delight, When my phone was replaced, not only did Naked cancel my old phone's insurance for me but even refunded me for the rest of the month. My previous Insurance company didn't mention that I had to cancel the insurance after the device was replaced and refused to repay me at all. Great service and total transparency. Love this company.
