Naked is a ****. Wait until you claim

I had a terrible experienced. Someone ran into me. Naked said i can process a 3rd party claim since the other person was giving the runaround. When i took the car to the panel beater, the Naked Insurance assesser recommended to put body filler instead of replacing the door and fender. Now my previously untouched car now has body filler. They refused to budge when i challenged this. Worse they couldn't recover my insurance excess.
