Naked is a game changer!

Why would I ever go back to contacting an insurance broker - to be misled and overcharged, when I can get my cars insured in 10 minutes on Naked. This is undoubtedly the future of short term insurance. I compared my current broker to Naked with the same requests. It's not only about price - it's more about trust and transparency. Zero post purchase dissonance. Well done Naked - great software - so easy and trustworthy. One thing - there must always be a "contactable human" to field questions when you get stuck. This was tricky but the response via email was still pretty good. Tech must have the human connection to deliver a great experience.
