Naked Insurance - worst insurance EVER - DO NOT MOVE TO THEM

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS INSURANCE. This is the worst insurance ever I now had a claim for my car and they got their investigator to do a 20-year background check with no permission then used some old insurance claim from 2007 to reject my claim and call the contract void and then cancel my cover. which is a breach cause they only ask for a 5 year insurance history period. Every aspect in South Africa has a restorative justice system THEN there is also the fact where I had insurance before them with reputable companies and had no issues with claims but NAKED think they special and want to hold people accountable for actions 2 decades ago, now I have more cost with attorneys to handle this and then there is also there investigators who harass people threatening them to make sure the claim gets rejected. then there is also the fact that THEY TOW your asset and EXPECT YOU to pay to get it back. THIS insurance is the worst south Africa has to offer - DO NOT MOVE TO THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT SHOULD YOU REQUIRE YOUR INSURANCE. they are a waste of time, GO pay more but get proper service with reputable insurance companies who value their clients, and know how to honour contracts.
