Naked Insurance windscreen replacement

I got a nasty crack on my front windscreen from a stone on the highway. I contacted Naked via the app late on a Sunday. One of the gents from Naked contacted me first thing Monday morning telling me about the company that will come and sort out the windscreen and if there will be an excess or not, the company contacted me the same Monday wanting to come and fix it the Tuesday! I had to travel in the week so I asked them to come on Friday and they were there exactly at the time they said they would be. I was very impressed with the no hassle it took to claim back!
