Naked Insurance - Unreliable
I would not recommend anyone to work with them. Naked insurance is unreliable and can not defend their clients. someone bumped my car at a parking lot in 2024 while I was shopping at the mall. Naked failed to assist me with claiming from the third party. My case was outsourced to Quest and they are also *********** and have to be followed for feedback.

Once your claim is settled, our legal team will review it and contact the third party’s insurer to try and recover your excess. Both insurers will assess who was at fault, and then we’ll negotiate a settlement. If we succeed, we’ll refund your full excess.
