Naked Insurance underwritten by Hollard - Cellphone claim

I had insured my iPhone 15 with Naked insurance and my first claim was accepted. My second claim took 4 weeks of investigation only to be rejected by the validator. It was a time wasting exercise, and futile attempt to discredit the fact that I lost my phone. Naked insurance then came back and requested that the money paid out for the first claim be paid back to them. I had spoken to over 4 team members at different levels through a very frustrating chat bot email form. My concerns were not addressed every time I called in to the office I was told they would call back but they never did. All attempts at resolving the matter were at a slow and at a frustrating pace. I went to the offices and I was told I could assistance for my matter but I should instead go back to the validator. Naked insurance is by far the WORST cellphone insurance in South Africa. I would not recommend their services at all.
