Naked Insurance SP 's *****ing from their clients cars and they ignore my complaints
I was very happy with Naked Insurance and I tell everyone to join them.
However.
They are regrettably very very ***********. I had my car taken for repairs. The accident happened at the back of my car. After receiving my car back (which their chosen panel beater took 3 months to replace my bumper) I had plenty items ****** off my vehicle.
Petrol was ****** out of my car, and I had the tow slip to prove this. My front car tires was ****** and old tyres with worn threads were put on my car. My front light was ****** out of my car. They literally opened up my bonnet and stole the whole light fitting from my car. They literally removed my very well looked after tyres and put worn ones on. Even my petrol!!
I have sent so many emails. I've sent emails to head office with all my supporting documents, I've sent emails to their CEO, I've sent emails to everyone I could. And it's 2 months later and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ESCALATED THIS OR ASSISTED ME.
How does a insurance company just ignore their client who's car was ****** from??
And then they have the decency to tell me this has been happening recently. But they still send their clients cars to these places that *****s from their cars.
I urgently need someone to point me to the right direction. I need to sue. Can't allow this any longer. Public please help me.

Over the course of the past month, I have sent more than 20 emails seeking assistance and resolution to a critical matter involving my insurance claim. Regrettably, I have not received any meaningful response or assistance from your company. This prolonged lack of communication has left me feeling neglected and unsupported during a time when I expected my insurance provider to be of utmost assistance.
The crux of the matter is that your insurance company employed a contractor to perform repairs on my vehicle. However, instead of resolving the issue, the contractor in question stole items from and off my car. This incident is not only deeply distressing but also a matter of serious concern. What adds to my bewilderment is that I have been informed that similar incidents have occurred with other policyholders recently, which raises serious questions about the quality and reliability of the contractors you are using.
It is essential that this situation is addressed promptly and effectively. I implore you to investigate this matter thoroughly, as it appears to be indicative of a systemic issue within your claims process and contractor selection. This not only puts your company's reputation at risk but also leaves policyholders like me in a vulnerable position.
I kindly request that you provide me with a clear plan of action to resolve this issue. Additionally, I would appreciate your assistance in documenting and collecting evidence related to the incident for potential legal action. This situation is unacceptable, and I believe it is essential to bring it to light to prevent further occurrences and to uphold the integrity of your insurance company.
I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in addressing this matter effectively. It is my sincere hope that we can work together to rectify this situation and prevent any future incidents of this nature.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
Sincerely,

I am writing this letter to share my unfortunate experience with Naked Insurance and Hollard Insurance. I believe it's essential for the public to be aware of how they treat their clients.
I was involved in an accident, and Naked Insurance arranged for a towing company with a known history of theft to transport my vehicle. Unfortunately, items were ****** from my car during this process.
The most distressing part of my ordeal is the unresolved issue I've been facing for over five months. My car's two front tires were replaced with worn ones by the towing company, and despite my numerous attempts to resolve this matter with my insurance, I encountered a series of challenges.
Initially, my emails went unanswered, and I sent approximately 15 to 20 of them. When they finally responded, I was kept in the dark repeatedly. Subsequently, they claimed I didn't have enough evidence to support my claim, despite having photographic evidence of my tires' condition before and after the incident. Now, they refuse to provide assistance and insist that Hollard should help me. It's important to note that Naked Insurance is my insurer, and they have an obligation to assist me in such situations.
Regrettably, Hollard Insurance has also ignored all my attempts to communicate with them.
It is perplexing how insurance companies can evade their responsibilities in such a manner. My aim in sharing this experience is to urge the public to exercise caution when considering Naked Insurance or Hollard Insurance. If you ever find yourself in a situation where one of their service providers is involved in theft or lacks the necessary experience in handling vehicle repairs, you may face the same issues I have encountered – being ignored and denied the assistance you rightfully deserve.
I hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale and encourages these insurance companies to improve their client services. No one should have to endure the frustration and neglect that I have experienced.
