Naked Insurance should win an award!

We love to complain and shame bad services with bad reviews but we need to take the time to write about the GREAT companies as well. Naked Insurance is a startup that is doing things right.

- I first moved to Naked insurance because it was cheaper, but things only got better. - I didn't have to speak to someone on the phone I can hardly hear for 30 minutes. (everything was done via a message chat) - It was literally done in 5 minutes. - They weren't pushy or desperately trying to sell me a deal. - I didn't need to drive someplace to get my car checked out (a simple video was all it took). - They cancelled my old insurance for me. (I mean, that is next level). - They have such a simple apps - I can see all my information and can also make a claim from within the app.

This is a forward-thinking service where the user is always considered in every step from sign up to making claims. Well done Naked Insurance.
