Naked insurance services are not good

Last year September I filed a claim my car was in investigation with them for 3-4months. They rejected my claim because I wanted a lawsuit for them to access my call logs of which the deadline for me to reply was 25 November 2022 16:00 I rep**** on the 25th of November 2022 14:48 I was told my claim was rejected because of due date. I told them I want my car they told me my bank had said to them they must not release my car I called my bank they said they are unaware of this. 8th of March I received a Email from SMD stating that I should fetch my car imagine SMD is calling me not them when I get there the car computer box is missing the battery is missing to make it worse they didn't take out the terminals they were cut from the cables, the car had a spare wheel on but the oem rim was in the boot it was also missing the Jack and wheel span gone too. I let them know they said they going to get back to me they haven't gotten back to me. I drove to their offices that are said to be in Parktown according to Google as I get there, there is no one it's Hollard offices but don't deal with this situation this was Mon-day 2 weeks ago. I called on Monday to tell them that I was at their offices there is nothing and I've been waiting for their response their answer was they are going to get back to me again. It's Thursday today I haven't heard from anyone in utter disgusted by this whole naked thing. It might seem nice when you apply online no agents whatsoever but trust me when it's time to claim they will make you hustle. Right now the guy whose responsible with my claim is avoid me which is Jeremiah it’s been 2 weeks waiting for his feedback since he said his going to pay for his team but now I can’t get hold of him when I call they always say they taking a message they will come back to me nothing.
