Naked Insurance service is absolutely pathetic

If I could, I would not even give this company a one star. Their service is absolutely pathetic. I work in the insurance field for over 10 years so Im fully aware of all T&C, processes and procedures. I have logged a claim with Naked insurance for my vehicle that was damaged almost a week ago and no one from this company has even communicated with me as to when my vehicle will be repaired. No claims assessor has even contacted as yet. If this was one of the big insurance companies I know for a fact that my vehicle would have been assessed already and been in for repairs but I guess you get what you pay for. Based on this experience I regret insuring my vehicle with Naked and I would not recommend them to anyone else.
