Naked Insurance sends you to the worst suppliers (to make more money?)

I am so disappointed. Everything was going great with Naked until I put in a claim. They sent me Renew-it Randburg. My car has now been there for 10 days and nothing has been done yet NOTHING. It is costing me R250 a day for transport. The car was perfectly drivable it's just a rear light bump. I phoned renew-it on Monday 12 August and was told the car would be ready Wednesday or Thursday of the same week as it is now in assembly. I phoned today and they told me the car has not been worked on at all??? Naked Insurance, after reading all the reviews on Renew-It Randburg WHY would you send your clients there??? I will wait for a response here before I blast social media to beware of both Nanked and Renew-It ... I will ensure people don't consider either two compaies when looking for insurance or repairs unless I get answers as to why you send people to *********** suppliers and why it is that my car has not been touched in almost two weeks while I'm struggling to make things work without it. Believe when I say I will absolutely blast the internet with my review of both .... waiting for your response.
