Naked insurance poor service

I was in a car accident where my vehicle was a wright off. It took naked 2 weeks to decide the car is not going to be repaired. It took another 2 weeks just for them to sort out all the documents. After another week I finally had some feedback from naked. They confirmed the car is going to be payed out and it could take up to 7 days for the payment to reflect. On the 7th day of waiting I was informed that the payment could be completed because some documents are still needed. Total bs!!! Then when I asked what the settle amount was, the amount was R5000 less than the cover amount. Today is almost 7 weeks after the accident and I am still struggling for them to pay. I would not recommend this insurer for anybody. Their app is great to get a quote and join them but their support is way below standard as I always have to ask what the progress is on the manner. A real insurer that really cares about their people would keep them updated on the manner!! Naked you have lost all business with me!
