naked insurance POOR SERIVCE

I URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY vehicle was in a collision last week, its been over a week with little to no movement, the damages aren't even bad but the car is deemed a write off.

the buy back value is the same amount as the damages, how is that possible?? if its deemed uneconomical to fix?? how does this make sense for me to buy it at those damages.

ive never got a call back from the claims handler, ive callled many times and left messages he doesnt seem to care.

ive asked multiple times to speak to managers and agents refuse! this is by far the worse insurance company to deal with. the staff just do not care!!!.

if the claims handler cant help and managers aren't able to discuss the issues and make a call then what do we do? decided to be blindly ****** for our own vehicle because its in their possession??

i told the claims handler to send me the assessment so i can get quotes from RMI panel shops in my area that would be much cheaper and he has point blank not sent me the assessment.

everyone is of no help!
