Naked Insurance only treats you nicely in the beginning. Change from them while you still can!!!

I am actually so livid and mostly DISAPPOINTED with Naked Insurance. My car was in a hailstorm on the 13 of November 2023. I have been without my car for exactly 2 months. Naked's appointed panel beater is the most pathetic panel beater you will ever come across. Ben's auto clinic. They have been giving me the run around since the took my car in. They give bogus dishonest feedback. On many occasions when I asked to speak to someone they simply do not call back. I drew Naked's attention to this and all they did every time was simply repeat what Ben's auto says to me. Today, Naked's feedback to me about this entire frustrating ordeal is that. " The delay is not from our end" and that their hands are tied. My rental car for two months has subsequently expired and I have to take it back. Naked wont give me an extension to compensate for putting in this position and Ben's auto clinic claims that they are small company and cant help me. Why contract with a panel beater that lack capacity to to take care of your client?? The latest feedback I have from Ben's auto is that my car will be ready on 31 January. I know without a doubt they will keep on moving this goal post as they have been doing. I missed Christmas with family while waiting for my car. I am so shocked that Naked has done VERY LITTLE to hold THEIR APPOINTED PANEL BEATER ACCOUNTABLE. In fact, Naked themselves are trying to escape accountability by distancing themselves. Naked seems like the kind of company who treat you nicely at first and then just disappoint you as soon as you are hooked.
